Shipping Policy Revised

S.O.S-Boardz now offers shipping to the USA using either Canada Post or Fedex.

All orders placed in Canada are shipped using Fedex Canada or Canada Post, USA Customers please pick either Canada Post or Fedex During Check out. We try out best with Duty/Boarder fees so the shipping price you pay is the only price. Any questions about shipping please email info@sos-boardz.com

Please allow 24hrs for your order to be processed and Shipped after us receiving payment, all orders will be provided with a tracking number.

Returns=All Items marked Clearance are final sale, No returns or Exchanges will be Granted.

Clothing=We allow 2 weeks For exchanges or refunds, All Items must have original tags & Packaging. After the two week period in-store credit will be provide.

Snowboarding products, Boards, Boots, Bindings

Snowboards must have original manufacture stickers still attached as the same way they were shipped to receive any refund or exchange.

Snowboarding Boots must not be returned in used condition and include any tags/original box for full refund/exchange.

Bindings must not be used, Must be return in New Condition as you received item for full refund/exchange to be granted.

All Snowboarding Products have a 1-2 Year Manufacturer warranty depending on the Brand. Any Claims in this time frame must come through us first.

Skateboard Goods Decks ,Trucks ,Wheels ,Bearing etc are Counted as final sale if ITEM IS USED NO EXCEPTIONS.

All Skateboard Decks are checked before shipping against being warped and will be marked showing they are straight.

Unused products under this category can be return or exchange in the 2 week return policy Not counting when Item was shipped but when received by the customer.

Longboarding Hard Goods

Completes, Decks, Wheels, Trucks, Bearings

Used Product will not be accepted for a return NO EXCEPTIONS

Unused Product can be return for full refund in the 2 week period Not counting when Item was shipped but when received by the customer.
